Heritage Development was founded in 1996 in Starr County, Texas. Since that time, we have successfully developed and sold well over 1,200 residential properties ranging from 5000 square foot lots to 10 acre “ranchettes” throughout the greater Rio Grande City area and Starr County.

In addition to the residential markets, Heritage Development has successfully marketed and sold a number of highway frontage lots for both local and national business interests. Our goal is to combine first class design and engineering teams with desirable locations to create a community that reflects the vibrancy and growth of the Upper Rio Grande Valley.
